Health comes first for us and is the most precious thing for all living organisms. The common goal that unites keeps TRPharm together is to offer innovative solutions for unmet to improve health with innovative solutions. Every day people wake up with gratitude in their hearts for numerous reasons, and we feel blessed to have the chance to serve the greatest of all reasons, health, in every possible way.
Our major responsibility is to take care of the lives we touch. We will never forget this. We strive to create a positive impact on the communities that we live in and to build a sustainable ecosystem. We believe that “many drops make a shower” and small contributions make a huge difference; this is the impetus for our actions.
Collaboration is at the heart of our team spirit. Backed by the strength to achieve our goals, we think of the concept of collaboration in a broader sense to include not only our team members but also our stakeholders. We believe that well-functioning teams can only work in a culture that encourages supporting each other to achieve better, where there is a hierarchy of ideas instead of titles, where people do not wear conflict with each other unnecessarily, and listening but not speaking is considered as a virtue, and problems are solved by shared wisdom. We think such teams will act on shared principles rather than strict rules and would like to be called a “Team” rather than a family. We view the concept of “happiness at work” as a natural necessity in life and think of the pursuit of happiness as a pleasant journey rather than a destination. This journey will be even better as you walk together, arm in arm, shoulder to shoulder.
Decision-making is challenging, and the path to sustainable success is a succession of the right decisions. In all critical decisions we make, we want to ensure that we observe balance among our stakeholders. People and governments have the right to access quality solutions in the fastest and cost-effective way. Our shareholders should get the worth of their investments, the risks they take, and their trust in us. It is natural for our employees to be a part of the company based on trust, satisfaction, merit, equal opportunity, and for a meaningful purpose. Our business partners need to make a profit as a result of working with us. Also, it is normal for the outside world to expect that we demonstrate ongoing awareness of social and environmental issues. We believe that creative solutions to seemingly paradoxical or contradictory problems can be developed by observing this delicate balance. Formulating solutions is a challenging but enjoyable task and is everyone’s duty.
Duplication of work will lead to inefficiency and only make a limited contribution. We believe that transformation is a competitive advantage in its own right. We analyze the past but do not go to extremes in bragging about our past achievements. We always establish new systems, and once they are in place, we improve them. We are open to developments and do not hesitate to be proactive. We have to test new ideas and take risks that are weighed against benefits. And we also need to leave room for error.
We don’t need a miracle to be a global innovative healthcare company. Consistent fulfilling of our aforementioned commitments will lead us to our vision and beyond.
